For many years I struggled with an undiagnosed learning disability that caused me great pain and struggle. My self-esteem was constantly crushed by my belief that I was simply not good enough. I may not have gone through exactly the same situation as you, but I believe that while our lives and circumstances are unique, we are all linked by common experiences. It is my hope that I can help others who are suffering, as I once was, to get out from under that brain fog by sharing my experiences. I’ve distilled all the knowledge I’ve gained over the years on my journey to understanding and overcoming my own learning disabilities. Even without them, I learned there were so many other factors that were contributing to my lack of focus, motivation, and fatigue.
