Hello,
This is Simon, and I am a proud father of three fantastic kids.
Life is very stressful for everybody, and I found in meditations a bit of "safe space," that's how I call it.
Anytime I can, I like to listen to my guided meditations, relax and fly away to a different world full of peace and relaxation.
In the past three years, meditations was a big part of my life and helped me a lot in many situations. For this reason, I always thought that it would be great to find something for my kids.
I love to read a story to them every night, but sometimes this is not possible.
That's the reason why I started to collaborate with some guided meditation professionals to create five stories that I could play at home for my kids.
They loved it, and we decided to give the possibility to others to listen to it, that's the reason for this audiobook.
Those guided meditations helped my kids to relax and sleep better. I hope I will do the same with yours.
