A step-by-step guide to personal mastery
This step-by-step guide to self-fulfillment is a true self-help strategy and playbook. If you follow the steps laid out in the way described within, it will 100 percent change the content of your mind and, therefore, your perception of yourself and the world around you. By understanding how the mind is designed to work and using this knowledge to your advantage, you can consciously develop your mind to work for you, rather than against. This book comes from a tried and tested place, as it is the process I personally used to move from an anxious, frustrated state to one of optimism, contentment, and joy. It is a self-development process that I still use today for this very reason, and have never looked back.
How this self-development process is presented
The book is split into six core concepts and three qualities that build upon one another as you go through it. When these are combined in the way I have laid them out, results do indeed happen. I can promise you that.
You will notice that I recap frequently as we go through this process. This is not by accident.
