The company’s namesake, 'Aluna and the Moon' is part of the Aluna Moon Partnership children’s self-esteem series. It is a beautiful and tender meditation which sees Aluna navigate a journey to find acceptance and power over her own inner gifts. Katie uses storytelling to help children begin to gain an understanding of the many cycles of their bodies and minds and how these might manifest in emotions both outward and inward. Another collaboration between children's author Katie Flaxman (Forest of Sleep) and the Aluna Moon Hypnosis partnership, Katie once again uses the natural world to help guide and illuminate the story. It also serves as an understated introduction to the transient phases of their cycle as they move through childhood and begin to grow and develop into women.

Rest for Rebel Girls

Samantha, one of Insight Timer’s most popular teachers, allows feisty girls the space retreat from their all-important busy world. Samantha works with body relaxation, prana and breath work to encourage early mindfulness and mind-body connection. This can be used at bedtime or at any point during the day. Again there is emphasis on mother earth and the natural outside world.

Nicola, also one of Insight Timer’s most popular teachers is a relaxing mindfulness bedtime meditation to help your little one drift off to sleep calmly and easily after at night through soothing guided visualization. You can listen to all three tracks as a journey to sleep or individually.
