Devan Seabaugh has been postponed for the fourth time, with a new pre-trial hearing set for November 22. Seabaugh, who was absent from the recent hearing, faces seven charges, including DUI, following an August incident where he allegedly hit a cyclist. The district is interviewing vendors and plans to operationalize the system soon. Additionally, the district will hire a second school resource officer and transition part-time officers to full-time roles. Safety measures include secured access, visitor screening, and an emergency alert app, with ongoing community engagement to ensure effective implementation.
