  • In this episode I talk about the best and hardest thing I ever did for my strength. It is also one of the things I have gotten the most shit for on social media. I have talked about this on more than a few podcasts but figured I would try to expand a bit in this episode for those that want to give it a listen. As I always say there is no one right or wrong way but the best way for you. In this episode I talk about why I did it for me and why we did it for my training partners. Then how I tried to meld it all together so we could all train together even though we may have needed slightly different things. In the end the way I see it is that the more often you can train, recover, and grow the faster you get to your goal. You have to be smart about this because if you're training to much you're just slowing the progress the same as not training enough.
