7 years later, in 2015 Jake pulled out all the stops and created a welfare and education program for Australian sporting clubs, called "Outside the Locker Room", which in almost 4 years, has become one of the most sought after and well recognised programmes being used by more than 100 grassroots sporting clubs and schools across Australia.
