After the battle of Threnody, the Seraphim and her crew are broken. Grant Stone and his crew are one of the thin lines standing between the Children and their goal. Stretched to their limits and beyond, they find themselves in need of time to rest and repair. For the damaged among them to heal.
To make that happen, Grant has to take on a mission with repercussions that could touch every corner of the Alliance.
