「よい知らせ」を意味する「福音」。ヨハネによる福音書は、ほかの3つの福音書とは異なった物語や教えが多く載せられています。その中から、この福音書に特徴的と思われるいくつかの個所を抜粋しました。人々のためにひとり子の命をささげる神の愛、友のためにいのちをささげるイエスの愛、それにこたえる弟子たちの愛について明らかにされます。

「よい知らせ」を意味する「福音」。ルカによる福音書は、「憐れみの福音」、「貧しい人のための福音」と呼ばれ、4つの福音書の中でも最も直接的にこれらのテーマを強調しています。「よいサマリア人のたとえ」、「放蕩息子のたとえ」などを中心に選びました。
