Everyday Yoga Classes for Improvers includes the following audiobooks ideal for those with some yoga experience and wish to move on from a beginner level: Daily Yoga, Improvers AM-PM Yoga, and Detox Yoga.

Daily Yoga consists of five different 15-minute yoga sessions devised to be used, one a day, in rotation. These sessions include a wide variety of postures and techniques and have been devised to help you develop and commit to a daily yoga practice and bring many of the benefits a regular practice offers without taking up too much time.

These five sessions use a wide variety of techniques including held postures, mudras, and a Sivananda-style sun salutation. In each session the postures are clearly instructed and combined with a different atmospheric background music track. All five conclude with a relaxation section.

Improvers AM-PM Yoga consists of two easy-to-follow 30-minute sessions. The AM session is a flowing Vinyasa sequence of effective postures devised to raise energy levels and increase vitality to kick-start your day. The PM session uses floor-based postures combined with a guided relaxation to provide a calming and restorative practice that will deeply relax and unwind body and mind at the end of the day. Both sessions use clear, easy-to-follow expert tuition set to subtle background music that creates the perfect mood and pace.

Detox Yoga is a 60-minute class devised to help remove excess toxins from the body. It teaches twenty-two carefully selected yoga postures and breathing techniques to help remove toxins from the body by stimulating the lymphatic system, massaging internal organs, increasing circulation, raising the levels of oxygen in the blood, and making the elimination process more efficient. When followed regularly in conjunction with a healthy eating plan, this yoga class will help you maintain good health and a clear mind.
