あらすじ・解説
Program your brain to improve your performance.
Enlist the unlimited power of your mind to assist you in accomplishing more in less time, with better results, using this two-part audiobook, adapted from a classic cassette tape. Use the hypnosis once a day to double your concentration abilities in any area of your business or personal life within a few weeks!
In track 1 —Talk/Workshop — you’ll be introduced to the principles behind the Focusing Concentration hypnosis technique. Filled with examples of how this proven mind-programming system has been successfully used by everyone from sports players to businesspeople, this instructional talk will familiarize you with the tools to hone your concentration in order to accelerate your game or pursue a new interest or goal.
Then in track 2 — Hypnosis — you will be guided through a full-body relaxation, taking you into a theta-level hypnotic state or inducing sleep, during which your subconscious mind is open and receptive to positive suggestions. The impactful statements you will hear include:
- You do have the power and ability to focus your concentration far beyond anything you’ve ever dreamed of.
- You develop the ability to subconsciously reject all thoughts other than the present focus of your concentration.
- You focus your concentration upon this area of your life, and you do it successfully, very successfully; this is your reality, the reality of your own creation.
You will then be encouraged to do one-minute concentration exercises, mentally recite affirmations related to the area of focus you have chosen to develop, and practice projecting your own mental movie in which you accomplish the goals you desire to attain — all of which enhances this powerful programming.
Note: Please take a few moments to practice deep breathing prior to playing track 2.
