あらすじ・解説
The audiobook is focused on providing the listeners with a precise and concise understanding of what agile methodology is, how software testing is done under it and the key points by which a software professional can succeed in such work environments. As the goal of this audiobook is to quickly provide information to the listeners about the respective topics covered, the very intrinsic details of the respective topics are only covered to some extent. The author has put the language in a very understandable way and in simple terms. The author hopes that you will enjoy the book and hopefully use it to perform professionally and understand better the discussed topics.
Why do we need another book on agile and software testing? The question is why do we need another book on software testing and agile methodology? In order to get the answer to this question, the author shares that when he was about to start working with software engineers in an agile environment as a software test engineer, he had much less knowledge of this methodology. All the knowledge on this methodology that he could get at that point in time was obtained from online definitions or by word-of-mouth explanations by fellow engineers. It was quite unclear how software testing fits in with this type of software development methodology. Some books on this topic are found to be very elaborate. It would take someone an ample amount of time to go through all the details and grasp whatever they intend to learn about. Due to limited availability of time and responsibility to deliver on promises, those elaborate definitions and content are difficult to go through swiftly unless someone is very much into it. So by putting together this book the author tries to briefly present whatever he has learnt from those early days till now.
