This does not mean there is a universally accepted method or technique that best supplies the force that drives development with practice. It elaborates on the case that performance relies on the individual ability, motivation, and opportunity in a form of choice, alignment, and integration of the organizational resources which is designed to improve organizational performance in a process of planning ahead of the current situation, requiring further development and assessment in the long run.
