"We listen to your downloads every day, Aura (who is 6) & Neo (who is 4) & me (who is much older!) Love them both. Aura couldn't sleep last night as her back molars are coming through so she snuggled in with me & we put Sweet Meadowlark on & she settled straight away, I agree they are definitely like a great big hug! Little White Feather by Jan Yoxall is the first from the new series of meditation downloads for children called The Great Spirit Series for Little Souls. Containing three tracks, Little White Feather, The Stone Spirit The Wolf & The Buffalo, and Morning Star Meditation, this audio will help children with creativity, confidence, and self esteem.

The meditations are built around the life of Little White Feather, a little Native American boy and his family. Use of this audio will encourage children to be imaginative, with a respect for people, animals, and the world around them.

Using this programme at bedtime or for general relaxation will help to focus energy and develop self awareness, encouraging children to relax naturally and develop a sense of security and inner peace.
