このコンテンツについて
This audiobook contains proven steps and strategies designed to ensure that you are able to achieve the full effects of a fruitful meditative session in not just 60 seconds, but eventually in as little as a single breath.
While that may sound impossible, if you stick to the 30-day program you will be doing it in no time flat. It is important to not expect results overnight however, as meditation is a skill and like any skill needs to be practiced in order to be improved upon. Take it one day at a time and you will find yourself in the moment before you know it.
Finally, while it is natural to want to practice your new skills for more than a minute per day, it is important to never extend a session beyond one minute at a time. The goal is to get the benefits of meditating as quickly as possible, and extending a session beyond one minute is counterproductive to that goal.
The goal of this challenge is to help you take just a moment, at any point in the day you find yourself too stressed to function, to re-center yourself in such a way that you find the deep rooted peacefulness you need to move on with your day. This type of meditation can actually take less than a minute, though to get everything you need from the exercise in only a moment requires lots of practice first.
Throughout this challenge you will learn how to adapt your minute of meditation to the specific needs of the day, while also making it more practical and flexible for everyday use. If you stick with the challenge for the full 30 days, you will most likely find that you will be able to replicate the results you can get in a minute by only taking a single, concentrated breath. It will take time and effort, but you will begin to see real results much sooner than you think.
