I have written this book as a way to make it easier for anyone to start meditating. The reward is worth it. Regaining my life back cannot be measured by any dollar amount. You do not have to struggle for many years as I did. I have put together the pieces in this book, so you can easily understand the process and make meditation a part of your daily life.
