あらすじ・解説
Volume two of the best-selling Mental Toughness for Young Athletes book.
In this audiobook we talk about how we got through the next level of challenges and how we leveled up. This one is about grit! That one trait that makes your mental toughness work long term. That one trait that helps your young athlete stand out! This is the only audiobook (besides our first one) that is written by a young athlete from an actual young athlete's perspective. We know where you are and we know how to help you help your young athlete find their mental fortitude.
Most of the books are not a good fit for young athletes because they were either written for adults or not written for youth athletes in competitive sports. There is a difference. We struggled to help our young athlete find his mental toughness. It was rough! Luckily along the way, we found the winning formula thanks to being able to talk with sports icons personally. We launched a podcast together called Hoopchalk Basketball Podcast and on it, we interviewed sports mental toughness giants, like: Chauncey Billups, Tywanna Smith, Keiko Yoshimine, Earl Boykins, Jason Richardson, and Kobe Bryant!
We studied what they did and said based on our interviews and we came up with a mental toughness plan that worked! However, we found that there was another level! (There are levels kid! - That will be funnier once you listen to the audiobook)!
We are going to share with you what we learned about taking your mental toughness to the next level. One step closer to Mamba Mentality!
Is your child super passionate about their sport? Do they seem like they are losing their love for the game because their teammates may not be as dedicated as they are? Do you want to help them keep their fire and go on to higher levels of mental toughness? Does your kid want that on the court and in the locker room fire that gets the attention of high-level coaches? If you answered yes to these questions then you are in the right place.
