このコンテンツについて
Many people suffer from PTSD and complex PTSD. The world is a complex place. It is full of chaos, trauma, business, and crime. According to the Book of John, the world will become more and more selfish and narcissistic. It is no wonder why people in this century suffer from PTSD or complex PTSD after experiencing near-daily feelings of helplessness and hopelessness. Things that were not "socially acceptable" prior to the 21st century are now acceptable, including violence on television and video games.
Violence is now being flashed in front of the faces of our children beginning in toddlerhood. Our society is becoming more and more distrustful and paranoid of one another. Fewer mentally ill people are now institutionalized than they were a century ago, leaving more and more people who might harm, become aggressive or manipulate unsuspecting victims. People with genetic disabilities are having children, and some of them are passing genetic issues to the next generation.
It is difficult to tell whether the rates of crime, manipulation, traumatic events, and more are adversely affecting people. Or whether PTSD and complex PTSD are simply becoming diagnosed at a much more rapid rate due to awareness of the complexities of trauma and its effects on the human brain and body.
This audiobook seeks to define who suffers from PTSD and complex PTSD. We discuss what causes and triggers both disorders, and how they can adversely affect the healthy functioning of the brain and body. We will cover how and why salt therapy or halo therapy helps PTSD and complex PTSD, the science behind the biological changes that occur in the body due to the negative ion therapy, and why it is a good option for PTSD and complex PTSD relief along with another regimented therapy or medications.
