Time travel on an ultra-deep, awareness-expanding journey

Go deep, deep, deep into hypnosis for the ultimate altered-state-of-consciousness experience. The session begins with a 40-minute induction: Following a full-body relaxation, you will descend a long series of steps to a beautiful garden, a wildflower meadow and cozy cabin, and a sandy beach, where you’ll find a cave leading to a past life....

Reexperiencing this past life under regression, you will be directed from event to event to discover how to overcome the karmic lessons blocking your soul growth. You’ll be asked to cultivate awareness about your relationships and career, plus enter into explorations such as:

  • The most important decision you made during this lifetime
  • Your proudest moment
  • A karmic overview of the incarnation — how the people in the past life relate to your present incarnation, what you did and did not learn, and how the past is affecting the present

Obtain maximum results by going deeper than you’ve ever gone before. This is the ultimate past-life regression.

Note: Track 1 offers introductory guidelines and instructions. If you are already experienced with regression, move ahead to track 2 to begin the relaxation.

Instructions: Begin this session when you’re wide awake. (If you’re tired, you may go to sleep or zone out until the end.) Never use a hypnosis/altered-state program while driving. This is a closed-eye process that will generate a dreamy state of consciousness.

  1. Make yourself comfortable lying down or sitting up.
  2. Assure that you won’t be interrupted.
  3. Take two or three minutes to unwind by breathing deeply.
  4. Play the audio, close your eyes, and follow the instructions. Send relaxing sensations into each part of your body as it is mentioned, and vividly imagine the situations described.
  5. If for any reason you need to awaken before the session is complete, verbally count yourself up from one to five and say the words, “Wide awake.”
