Quiet, one of the most important elements of self-care: First, however, come to rest with your steady breath, take a breath! We then give you time to meditate on the areas of your life and simply look at yourself without judgment. Afterwards you will receive affirmations with which you can deepen your self-care. The goal is to set in motion a gentle process for your body and mind for greater health and well-being.
