- Know the four "budgets" for themselves and for the other side: time, energy, money, and emotion

A great book to learn about negotiation
An amazing book that teaches the art of negotiation. I do like the point given and the real life example described. It is also great that the presenter of the book has connection with the author of the book. The presenter even shared his experience implementing the knowledge from the book
