自分がHSPであることがわかった!しかし、途中からのナレーター交代で、パニック障害発作誘発!
邦本「繊細さんの本」を読んで、自分もHSPだ、とわかったのですが、本書で、HSPとして仕事場でどういうところに気をつけたら良いのか、よくわかりました。「繊細さんの本」以上に収穫があるのが、人間関係、とくに恋人や伴侶に対する接し方、そして考え方、関係を維持する方法でした。
さらに、Empathsという言葉や定義も詳しく述べられておりびっくり。自分がスピリチュアルな傾向をもつのが、HSP由来のものだったことがわかりました。
ただ、途中からナレーターが変わってしまいそこから、一気に雰囲気が、かわります。前半ナレーターは、まるで自分のことのように話しているので共感がもて、理解しやすいのですが、途中からのナレーターが、ビジネスライクで報告書を読んでいるーという読み方なので、そこでずいぶん変わります。ほかの本かなー、と感じるくらいです。後半のナレーターがanxiety, anxietyと繰り返す内に、車運転中に聞いていたところ本当に不安障害発作を起こしてしまいました。危なかった。読み手というのが非常に大事であること、わかりました。
