An elephant and mouse analogy
The author used many analogies and examples for us to understand the difference between an elephant and mouse in an organization, which is a dominant and non-dominant groups in the organization. The author encourages us and both groups to understand each other and change our behaviors to make meritocracy and level playing field at the workplace.
