The nice thing is, once someone shows you around it's about as simple as finding the bathroom in your house. We'll let you in on a little secret. There are very few things in life that are impossible. With most things, once someone pulls back the curtain and eliminates the "knowledge is power" variable it loses its mystic. The same is true with human physiology and how your body handles the things you intake.
The S.I.M.P.L.E. Plan gives you a blueprint for a strategy that is not only simple and easy, but can be integrated into almost any lifestyle. The older we get, the more our ship starts to list due to changes in our metabolism, less and less daily activity, and bad intake decisions that include food or fluid.
