There are questions, words, situations and experiences that land in the heart at different times in your life. In this episode, I share a question that was asked of me recently.

It felt like a dagger to my heart after doing soooooo much thought work, inner work, self-growth and personal development.

It required me to do more work on myself, listening to my heart, trusting it and developing my intuition deeper.

When you are in alignment and listening to your heart, life flows. It’s easy. It brings fulfillment.

Sometimes we need validation when you are following your heart path. The energy in your birthdate is a perfect indicator.
