Today’s guest is Melody Edwards, who has owned and operated multiple service businesses over the past 20 years, including her current ventures, Renew Holiday Lights and Home Service VA. Since being diagnosed with ADHD in her 30’s, she has spent the last decade obsessively studying how to harness the gifts found in the sparkly part of her brain while learning to override the critical part. Melody and her former Virtual Assistant, Din Asis, are VA matchmakers and have created the business they wished had existed when Melody first started hiring VAs. Home Service VA is a company that assesses, recruits, and hires awesome Virtual Assistants for overwhelmed business owners. They also teach business owners how to train and manage their VAs.
