  • New Zealand just got into Level 4 lockdown nation-wide. During this time of uncertainty, we all experience anxiety, stress and negative thoughts. My first solo episode here, to share how I navigate anxiety and stress in my internal world, while chaos and uncertainty is happening n the exterior physical world. With a very simple breathing technique at the end for you to practice today.
