Duane Denison is the guitarist from noise rock pioneers, The Jesus Lizard. They are back with a newly released LP and aren't shying away from being the charming weirdos they are. Duane and I discuss the concept of selling out, getting a scholarship for playing guitar (!) and working in a library. Duane is very open and honest in his approach to music and he brought that same spirit to our discussion.

Pleased as punch to welcome my new friend (and hopefully yours) Jon Lullo on the podcast. He sang and played guitar in Down to Earth Approach who were active in the early 2000's and on the legendary Vagrant Records in their heyday. We spoke about his experience in the band that is well documented in a new podcast called "Even If It Kills Me".
