    Jiezhen is a Leadership Consultant and Coach, and a Senior Principal with Korn Ferry in their Leadership Advisory - CEO & Board Practice and is based in the firm's Singapore office. She is committed to helping individuals, teams and organizations find clarity, alignment and ease amidst uncertainty in building a more intentional and conscious world.

    Before moving back to Singapore from the United States, Jiezhen was a Senior Consultant and Coach with Linden Leadership as well as an Equity and Inclusion Fellow and part of the Mindful Leaders Collective at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education, where she completed her master’s degree focusing on leadership, inclusion and impact.
