サマリー
あらすじ・解説
Professional Ultramarathon athlete Katie Asmuth visits with us to review her recent (second) Western States Endurance Run finish, and also share what she learned as an Ultra Ladies athlete when she first began the sport. Katie first began her ultrarunning training with the Ultra Ladies in Los Angeles. She has put in a lot of dedicated training, and rapidly became an accomplished ultrarunner. Katie finished 5th female at the 2021 Western States, and had a hard-earned finish as 9th female in 2023. Come laugh with us as we dive into what the start of ultrarunning was like for her, what it’s like to vomit for 40+ miles during a race, and a bonus: we teach you how to pee standing up!
