  • 2023 was definitely not my year, and that's okay. If I went back and told by January self all the things we experienced, she would probably poop bricks. Even though I had a tough year, I also learned and grew in ways I never thought possible. I think this is what life is all about, and the hard times really do make you appreciate the good. Maybe you learned some of the same things as me, or maybe I can give you some food for thought. I hope you enjoy this episode, and I'll see you in 2024 (my mf year). With love, em :)
