Key Points of the Scam

Funds Transfer Instructions: The victim was guided to move funds and withdraw money.

False Assurance: The victim was guided to withdraw a large amount of cash from his bank account and then make multiple deposits into the ATM for an account that was not his before the call.

Account Closure and App Reinstallation: The victim was told to delete and reinstall his banking app, which cut off his access to his accounts.
