    3. Mid-Day Rest and NSDR Meditation:

    - Discover the power of Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR) meditation, which helps you disconnect and recharge even if you don’t actually fall asleep. Whether through guided meditation or simply closing your eyes and doing Dhikr, these moments can refresh you like a long nap would.
