#32 How to Deal with Stres & Anxiety

  • サマリー

  • In this week's podcast, I talk about stress and anxiety. They are two things that I think we all deal with in some capacity. And some of us actually deal with it a little bit more than others. So hopefully this is directed to you and that you find it useful. With stress and anxiety, I also find that they tend to be at their worst when you see situations in black and white, so there's no middle ground, you always feel like it’s 0 or 100. I find that getting that sense of clarity massively reduces things like stress and anxiety because we spend so much time in our heads so much time thinking the worst, so much time assuming. These are habits that can be broken. It’s been a difficult few years for many of us, with many unforeseen circumstances we couldn’t have possibly imagined. There’s no surprise then, that our anxiety levels are at an all-time high. Anxiety is a common problem that causes people to worry and be afraid of things, even when they aren't in immediate danger. I will give you some practical techniques that you can use when you are experiencing times of stress & anxiety. Breathing and mindfulness exercises. Using self-care strategies. Nutrition & sleeping habits just to name a few.
