Retired York Regional Police Service Superintendent William (Chris) Bullen is one of the founding members, as well as the former President and Vice President of the Association of Black Law Enforcers (A.B.L.E.). Chris joins OPPA Director Lynn Neale on 10-5 The Official Podcast of the OPP Association to discuss the 32nd A.B.L.E. Scholarship and Awards Gala being co-hosted by the OPP Association and the OPP on November 16, 2024 at the Casino Rama Entertainment Centre in Orillia. All are welcome to attend.
