In the news, Black Ops 6 is confirmed to not have a Platinum trophy, which isn’t uncommon for COD games. The game drops on 10/25. Filming for Fallout Season 2 will begin soon, and Alan Wake 2 is receiving a major update called The Anniversary Update on 10/22, which includes new features like gyro aiming, expanded PS5 haptics, and the ability to invert the X-axis.

In other news, Horizon fans will see the role of Sylens recast after Lance Reddick's passing, with rumors pointing to Keith David as the potential replacement. Meanwhile, Hazelight Studios is teasing their next game, which may be called Split Fiction, and Phasmophobia is finally hitting the PS5 just in time for Halloween, with a release date of 10/29.

We also talk about the pricing of Clair Obscure: Expedition 33 at $50 for its first game, and the unfortunate leak of Life Is Strange: Double Exposure, where dataminers have spoiled the plot before the 10/29 release, leaving Square Enix reeling after early access plans backfired.
