  • Day 40: Holy Saturday - Let God Find You in Your Stillness
    2023/04/07

Today is the only day in the liturgical calendar that we have no celebration of the Eucharist. So, how shall we worship God today? It will take great courage to remain in the restlessness of today. It will be tempting to jump ahead to tomorrow. Don’t, for this is a Holy Saturday. Wrestle with the loneliness of today. Let God find you in your Stillness.

  • Day 39: Good Friday - Death is Not the End
    2023/04/06

On Good Friday, we see that Jesus’s choice for the poorest, the weakest and victims bring him into conflict with the powerful. They feel threatened and want him on the cross. The death on the cross in itself makes no sense. But death does not have the last word. Jesus lives. Life is stronger than death. God continues to choose for justice and love over death. No Good Friday without Easter. No Easter without Good Friday. Please Share with all your family and Friends.

  • Day 38: Holy Thursday - God's Limitless Love in Action
    2023/04/05

On Holy Thursday, we celebrate three anniversaries: 1) the anniversary of the first Holy Mass, 2) the anniversary of the institution of ministerial priesthood in order to perpetuate the Holy Mass, convey God’s forgiveness to repentant sinners and preach the Good News of salvation, 3) the anniversary of the promulgation of Jesus’ new commandment of love: “Love one another as I have loved you” (Jn13:34). Today we remember how Jesus transformed the Jewish Passover into the New Testament Passover. Please Share with all your friends and Family Members.

  • Day 37: Spy Wednesday-Betrayed with a Kiss
    2023/04/04

Some people call today ‘Spy Wednesday’, tomorrow ‘Maundy Thursday’ and the next ‘Good Friday’. It is this dramatic event of Judas’ spying mission that quickstarted the whole event of the Passion of Christ. Today’s gospel recorded that Judas initiated the whole process by going to the chief priests and saying: ‘How much will you give me if I deliver him to you?’. There is no better way of betraying Christ today than that a child of God when faced with one or two frustrating ambitions in life decides to go to the ‘chief priests of Satan’ to ask for his advice about his /her future. Please share this message with your family and friends.

  • Day 36: The Church is not Perfect!
    2023/04/03

Peter and Judas Iscariot in today's Gospel passage are relatable. They are weak and imperfect. So is the Church. The Church is not only a sanctuary for saints; the Church is a hospital for sinners. When we are weak, worn, broken or sinful and struggling to make it to tomorrow, we need a church family. More than any other time in our lives, the Church needs to be a place where we find the presence and power of God. What really excites a church are changed lives. Share this message with all your friends and family members and pray for the Church to be an instrument of God's presence and salvation in the World.

    2023/04/01

Today, we begin the most solemn, liturgically charged week of the year. We enter the week into the very heart of the mystery of Human Salvation of Christ's Passion, death and Resurrection. Jesus sent disciples to a nearby village to bring him a colt whose owner simply accepted the mysterious explanation that “the master” had need of it. Each one of you has a donkey and the Lord is in Need of it, What's your donkey that you can offer to the Lord today? Please share this Message with your family and friends.
