このコンテンツについて
Many of us judge ourselves when we procrastinate as if we are fundamentally flawed and that we need to beat our procrastinating tendencies out of ourselves. That approach will never help you overcome procrastination, because it treats the symptom not the cause.
You see, procrastination is a stress response. It’s one of the fear responses. You know, flight, flight, freeze or fawn. Can you guess which one it is?
Once you recognize that procrastination is a stress response, you will be better equipped to overcome it.
In this episode, I share the two most important questions you can ask yourself so you can get to the root cause of your stress or fear.
And then we explore how you might be misdiagnosing your self with procrastination when really you are experiencing decision fatigue. Have a listen and discover the difference between procrastination and decision fatigue.
Be kind to yourself and keep being stellar!
