#53 Unlocking Brain Health

  • サマリー

  • May is Stroke Awareness Month, so it's a perfect time to learn more about how to keep our brains in tip-top shape! In this show, Rachel Rae Crowder chats with Dr. Philippe Douyon, MD, about taking care of our brains. Dr. Douyon, who knows a lot about brains, shares easy tips to keep our brains healthy, like eating well and staying active. They talk about his cool app, the BrainFit™ app, and his book called "Neuroplasticity: Your Brain’s Superpower," which tells us how our brains can learn and heal. Dr. Douyon also does neat stuff like online classes and helps people with dementia.
