  • Hello and welcome back to another episode of Out of the Box Project. Thank you for your support; it means a lot to me! This episode is a bit different since I want to share the challenges I've faced this week instead of sticking to my planned topic.

I’ve been dealing with back pain, which required three injections into my spine, and it’s been quite tough. I’m also trying to come off Lyrica, which has led to withdrawal symptoms affecting my sleep. My sister has been a great support, helping with rides to the doctor, but being alone at night has been hard. Emotionally, it’s been frustrating, especially after my brother popped up and triggered memories of past trauma with my family.

This week, I revisited my sexual assault in therapy, which brought up difficult feelings. My therapist had a car accident afterward, leaving me without the follow-up I needed. On top of that, I’ve been dealing with a mouse in my room, which I've humorously named Mickey.

Thank you for listening, and remember that if you're struggling with BPD, you're not alone. Understanding your triggers is essential. If you have any ideas for a theme song for the podcast, let me know! I’d love your feedback. Peace out.
