A Journey with Vanessa Chiu

著者: Vanessa Chiu
  • サマリー

  • This is a podcast for anyone who wants to renew their mindset. It’s for those who want to step out of their comfort zone to learn, grow, and expand their knowledge. It’s for those who want to embrace change, vulnerability, and the messiness of life. And it’s for those who don’t mind listening to raw, honest stories. (Although my podcast is under the self-improvement category, I cannot guarantee that I will not be talking about my love of comedy, space, and vegan baking on the show.) Have questions for Vanessa? My final episode on this book is another lesson I've been relearning this year...reframing your perspective.

In this episode, I talk about my progress in the physical, and emotional, healing journey I've been on since the car accident.

I share what 'wise inaction' means based on the book I'm reading called "How to be sick: A Buddhist-Inspired Guide for the Chronically Ill and Their Caregivers" by Toni Bernhard.

I also talk about one of the best pieces of advice I've gotten so far this year!
