I journal most days, but particularly when my feelings around current experiences are riding high and I'm struggling to make sense of what it going on emotionally for me. This allows me to gain clarity over how I'm feeling and to challenge my internal dialogue, through questioning what I'm perceiving is happening, what it is here to teach me, and then shifting my perception to a more empowering perspective.
