Hey guys, here is a season 2 update/ mini ep to kind of let you know what's been going on and how I've been dealing with my mental health.

Hey Guys, this is the season 1 closer. I talk about other projects I'm working on and how its never too late to pursue happiness in whatever form. 

Being nostalgic can be dangerous, getting stuck in the past and keeping people around that no longer serve a purpose in your life.

In this ep, I talk about going out of your way for people and the stress of feeling obligated to friends and family and how it can become toxic.

This episode I talk about one of the most traumatic things I've ever experienced. I was very reluctant to do this one, mostly because I didn't want to relive it. I'm hoping by putting this out there, it can save someone from ever going through it just by going with your gut and making sure your child is in the safest environment possible. 

I talk about about the many forms of stress we all go through as adults and what I've done to help with it, from changing my outlook on things to not having stress inducing people in my life.
