    For this Limited Series; Lucy discusses the book, The Happiness Hypothesis: Finding Modern Truth in Ancient Wisdom by Jonathan Haidt, with her friend Ashley Ward (a school psychology PhD student.


    Haidt took from world thinkers, religions, and philosophers throughout time, to come up with what he calls the 10 great ideas that make up his Happiness Hypothesis. In this episode, Lucy and Ashley discuss Haidt's ideas that he lays out in the intro of the book. And they leave you with the question, "Why do some people find meaning, purpose, and fulfillment in life and some people do not?" Which is the question Haidt hopes to answer with the 10 great ideas that make up his Happiness Hypothesis.
