Abundance is subjective and differs from person to person to person. But society has programmed us with MANY symbols of abundance that we go out and seek because we think once we get THERE we'll finally feel good enough, valuable enough, successful enough.  But that cycle of creation doesn't create lasting results. It results in burnout, overwhelm, and always needing to chase the next big goal.
 
I break down the difference between Internal and External abundance and why focusing on one first creates more of the other.
