I personally welcome Ayo to Atlanta and talk about navigating his sense of home as a newish resident ( because clearly, I should be on the "Welcome to Atlanta" committee). We discuss the importance of recognizing the strengths of the people to the left and the right of you and keeping people around you who are moving the same way you are. Ayo talks about what keeps him motivated and is really fueled by knowing there’s another level of mastery for him to reach. Ayo stresses the importance of working hard doing what you need to do but also finding the time to decompress even if that means scheduling a nap, a run, or watching Batman.
