    She's singing about how her man takes care of her household chores and fixes things. He does everything for her, but the title of the song is saying that the man is not handy no more. So in the title it sounds as if Alberta is saying that he is no longer able to do all those things he has done. But in the song, there is no frustration or disappointment having someone to rely on.
