    A Prince George’s County native actor, writer, and filmmaker based in New York City. Since arriving to the Big Apple, Kar has made great strides in the acting and filmmaking world. Starting from 2016 as a writer and producer for “Situationships” on BET Digital (currently in development for television with Mona Scott-Young), he has gone on to creating, writing and starring in the spin-off “Wingmen” now streaming on Tubi and KweliTV under Lil Rel Howery’s comedy platform. His other projects include the murder mystery “5KNIVES”, as well as the female led superhero series entitled “DAMSELS” which debuted in 2020’s Afropunk festival and the 2021 Hip Hop Film Festival. His first feature film “Generational Gap” is set to premiere at the 2022 Peachtree Village International Film Festival. He was also a finalist in Sony’s 2020 Rising Storytellers Search and served as a producer for the short films “Daze” and “Desolate Dreams.” As an actor, Kar has made several appearances on television, digital series, and off-Broadway performances.
