Authentically and Radically You

  • サマリー

  • This month's conversation is with Dr. Anu French. During our time together we discuss her childhood, being born in India and moving to England and back to India, and how it felt to not belong in both places. A mother of two young girls, we discuss how integrative living and integrative medicine go hand in hand. There are so many ways healing can happen and we discuss how the use of art, music, being an advocate, and being your authentic self can help us grow into ourselves with kindness and grace. To learn more about Dr. Anu French, please check out her website, Facebook, or Instagram.

    Dr. Anu French Bio

Dr. French, an artist, musician, yogini, author and an integrative pediatrician is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, double board-certified in Pediatrics and Integrative Medicine, with a fellowship training in Integrative Medicine and Integrative Psychiatry. With a special interest in integrative nutrition, healthcare equity, childhood mental health, and intergenerational resilience, she serves on advisory boards of Integrative Medicine for the Underserved, Let’s Integrate and WholeHealthED.
