This week, Lily talks about something she learned way back in freshman year of HIGHSCHOOL about well-rounded health. If you think about a table, it needs four stable legs to stay level. Similarly, your health is like a table with four legs. Each leg represents a different aspect of your health- spiritual, mental, physical, & emotional. To have a table that is stable and balanced, each leg (or health aspect) needs to be equal. Throughout this episode, Lily shares different ways she has maintained a balanced table, and how you can, too.
